The WMATA C53 (Woodley Park–Congress Heights Line, formerly Metrobus 92 and 96) carries riders from Shaw, the U Street corridor, and Adams Morgan across the Calvert Street Bridge to Woodley Park station — one Red Line stop south of Street Lawyer Dispensary at 3400 Connecticut Ave NW, Unit 1 in Cleveland Park. 21+ adult use.

Board a westbound C53 toward Woodley Park along 8th St NW in Shaw, U St NW, or 18th & Calvert St NW in Adams Morgan and ride across the Duke Ellington Bridge to the terminal at Calvert St & Connecticut Ave NW. From there, hop the Red Line toward Shady Grove one stop to Cleveland Park (or board the D70 bus northbound two stops to Ordway St NW).

At Cleveland Park station, take the West Side exit onto the west sidewalk of Connecticut Ave NW and walk 1.5 blocks south (about 700 feet, past Ordway St NW) to 3400 Connecticut Ave NW, Unit 1, at Newark St NW.

Prefer to stay above ground from Woodley Park? Stay on the west sidewalk of Connecticut Ave NW and ride the D70 bus two stops north to Ordway St NW, or walk 0.7 miles north past the National Zoo straight to our door.
